อันมีใจความดังต่อไปนี้
๑. จำเลยร่วมทั้งสองตกลงว่าจะมอบอำนาจให้จำเลยจดทะเบียนที่กรมที่ดินให้ที่ดินพิพาทเป็นทางเดินสาธารณะและจำเลยตกลงกันว่าจะบอกกล่าวต่อศาล
